Samsung Galaxy J8 Specifications, Factory Reset and User Manual

Coming with its large screen and thin bezel, Samsung Galaxy J8 will easily attract everyone’s attention. It boasts 6.0″ Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with 75.8% screen-to-body ratio (91.4 cm2). The screen itself looks pretty crisp with 720 x 1480 pixels resolution and 274 ppi density. Watching videos or playing high-graphics games can be fun as the quality of the sharpness and details are great. The large touchscreen makes large fingers happier since they have more space while typing or playing games. It’s definitely more comfortable to use although the size of the phone doesn’t make it easier to carry. For extra safety, Samsung Galaxy J8 also offers fingerprint sensor  (rear-mounted) which is easy to use and quite responsive.

Samsung Galaxy J8 comes with Android 8.0 (Oreo) operating system. The core of the system is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor clocked at 1.8GHz Adreno 506 GPU. Samsung Galaxy J8 is available in two version: the one with 3 GB RAM/ 32 GB internal storage and the more powerful one with 4 GB RAM/64 GB internal storage. If you only need a device that can cover basic tasks and allow you to play games comfortably, the 3/32 version should be enough. But if you need to save many multimedia files or edit various videos, the 4/64 can be a better option. Despite the huge storage capacity, you can still add external memory card up to 256 GB (dedicated slot). Samsung Galaxy J8 has two SIM card slots and you can use those simultaneously. Browsing the internet is not a problem with 4G LTE support. To support the performance, a non-removable Li-Ion 3500 mAh is planted inside the device.

If you love to take pictures or videos, Samsung Galaxy J8 has something interesting to offer. On the rear panel you can find dual camera: 16 MP camera ( f/1.7, AF) and 5 MP camera  (f/1.9) and depth sensor which features LED flash, panorama, HDR and video recording capability up to 1080p@30fps.
