Sony Xperia XA is a high-end smartphone running on Android v6.0.1 (Marshmallow) operating system. There’s plan for an upgrade to v7.0 (Nougat). How to Hard Reset Sony Xperia XA

  1. From Main Menu go to Settings.
  2. Find Backup and Reset option.
  3. Select Factory Data Reset.
  4. Tap Reset Phone.
  5. Select Erase Everything.
