How to Hard Reset LG G5

  1. When the phone is on, hold down the Power button for a short while.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select General > Backup & Reset.
  4. Tap Factory Data Reset.
  5. Select Reset Phone > Erase Everything.
  6. Tap OK to confirm the hard reset.
