How to Hard Reset HTC Desire 650

Back up any data and files you want to keep before performing a hard reset.
1. From the Home screen go to Settings.
2. Find Backup and Reset option.
3. Select Factory Data Reset. To also delete media and other data from your storage card, select Erase SD card.
4. Tap Reset Phone.
5. Select OK.
