How to Hard Reset Samsung Galaxy A7

Before performing a factory data reset or hard reset, ensure you back up all important data stored on the device.

  1. On the Apps screen, tap Settings.
  2. Tap Backup and reset.
  3. Select Factory data reset.
  4. Choose Reset device.
  5. Tap Erase everything. The device automatically restarts.
