Oppo Neo comes a dual-core 1.3 GHz processor and 512 MB of RAM. It’s an Android v4.2.1 (Jelly Bean) smartphone with optional Dual SIM card support. As a lower mid-range smartphone, the specifications won’t impress you much. However, if you simply need an efficient communication device with simple multitasking capability, the Oppo Neo can be a good option. In terms of design, the phone is quite attractive and has good finishing. It looks sleek and slim. Its 4.5″ IPS LCD screen has 480 x 800 pixels resolution and 207 ppi pixel density. That’s not impressive but good enough for daily use. At least the screen also offers wider viewing angles.
The multitouch capacitive touchscreen can help you do various tasks easily. Typing shouldn’t be a problem since the virtual keyboard is spacious enough even for large fingers. With 4 GB of internal storage, you won’t have much space to store your files. Thankfully, you can still add microSD card (up to 32 GB) to expand the storage capacity. As a power source, the Oppo Neo relies on Li-Ion 1900 mAh battery. The main 5 MP camera is embedded on the back of the phone. It has standard supporting features like Geo-tagging and video recording capability. You can also find a secondary 2 MP camera on the front panel which can be used for video calling.
