Magic_Flying_CameraSony Alpha SLT-A37 is a DSLR-style camera with interchangeable lens that uses Sony’s unique Translucent Mirror Technology. The technology enables high-speed shooting and a smaller body size. It’s one of the fastest models in its class. This 16.1 MP camera is pretty lightweight for its size and has functional design. It is equipped some interesting features like a 2.7-inch tiltable LCD screen,  Electronic Viewfinder with 100% coverage, a clever eye level sensor, 7fps burst shooting, ISO range of 100-16000, full 60/50i AVCHD video with control over exposure and continuous autofocusing, a 15-point phase-detection autofocus system with 3 cross sensors,  3D Sweep Panoramas, Auto HDR and Multi-frame Noise Reduction.

The camera can produce great photos up through ISO 800. The aperture and ISO speed can be set by changing to AF-S or Manual focus mode. Tele-zoom Continuous Advance Priority AE shooting mode is needed to get the full 7fps. The A37 is capable of recording full 1080 HD 1920 x 1280 pixel videos at  50i or 25p (PAL), or 60i and 24p (NTSC) in the AVCHD format. 1440 x 1080 pixels can be achieved at 30fps/25fps in the MPEG-4 format. Stereo sound recording is enabled while you shoot video. You can also improve its quality by adding an optional external stereo microphone. The HDMI port is available to connect the camera to a high definition TV.
