Nokia Lumia Icon Factory Data Reset
This process requires at least 50% battery level if not connected to an external power source and 20% or more if connected. Back up your important data as it will remove all data in the device.
- From the Start screen, swipe left, and tap Settings.
- Tap About.
- Tap Reset your phone.
- Tap Yes to confirm. The process takes several minutes to complete. To set up the device after the reset, refer to Initial Activation and Setup.
