Nokia 808 PureView has a pretty attractive design with a spacious 4.0″ AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. It has a resolution of 360 x 640 pixels and supported by Nokia ClearBlack display technology. The screen looks bright enough, but it’s much better if it comes with higher resolution, especially when the phone also offers a brilliant camera. The touchscreen is quite responsive so you can navigate through menus smoothly. It also supports multitouch. Corning Gorilla Glass acts as the screen protector that prevents scratches. The 808 PureView runs on Nokia Belle Operating System. For the brain, it uses a 1.3 GHz ARM 11 processor which is backed by Broadcom BCM2763 GPU and 512 MB RAM. It doesn’t have monstrous speed like in many high-end smartphones, but you can still count on it to do various tasks. Apps can load properly and you can switch between menus smoothly. The phone offers 16 GB of internal storage which is quite a lot to accommodate your files. It even allows you to expand the storage capacity by using external memory card (up to 32 GB). Connectivity features are quite various. It includes Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n; DLNA; UPnP technology; Bluetooth v3.0 with A2DP; microUSB v2.0, USB On-the-go; and NFC.
The 41 MP camera on the back of the phone is definitely the main selling point of the phone. It has a lot of supporting features like Carl Zeiss optics, autofocus, Xenon flash, 1/1.2” sensor size, ND filter, up to 4x lossless digital zoom, geo-tagging, face detection, and Video recording capability up to 1080p@30fps. If you like photography, it could be the best camera phone that suits your need. For video calling, you can use the secondary camera on the front panel.

Restore original settings
If your phone is not working properly, you can reset some settings to their original values.
- End all active calls and connections.
- Select > Settings and Phone > Phone management > Factory settings > Restore.
- If prompted, enter the security code.
This does not affect documents or files stored on your phone.
After restoring the original settings, the phone switches off, and then on again. This may take longer than usual.
