Sony Xperia XZ comes with Quad-core (2×2.15 GHz Kryo & 2×1.6 GHz Kryo) Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820 processor inside. Adreno 530 GPU and 3 GB of RAM are included to enhance the performance. How to Hard Reset Sony Xperia XZ


1. From Main Menu go to Settings.
2. Find Backup and Reset option.
3. Select Factory Data Reset.
4. Tap Reset Phone.
5. Select Erase Everything.
