How to Factory Reset Apple iPhone 5c
- From the Home screen, go to: Settings > General > Reset.
- Select Erase All Content and Settings. If presented, enter the passcode.
- Tap Erase iPhone Allow several minutes for the reset and reboot processes to complete.
